Fulfillment & Processing Times
Before placing your order, please thoroughly review that your payment method and shipping information are correct and accurate. Atlantic & Sound is not responsible for any delay of an order if caused by an error in payment method or mislabeled shipping information provided to us.
Once your order is placed, it will take between two to seven business days to fulfill and process your order for shipment.
Shipping Times & Rates
Once your order is processed, the average shipping time is four business days depending on the delivery destination.
Our shipping rates and times are solely based on the rates and times provided to Atlantic & Sound by our shipping carriers. Some of our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL and United States Postal Service. Atlantic & Sound passes the carrier shipping costs direct to our customers to ensure the cheapest shipping pricing.
We do not ship internationally and only ship to the United States.
When You Will Receive Your Order
On average, our customers will receive their order between six to twelve business days.
An order with multiple products may also arrive separately. Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and to provide extra cushion and durability. Products that we usually ship separately are mugs, wall art, stickers, jewelry, bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, and snapback hats. We may also ship a completed item from your order if another item(s) is taking longer to fulfill and process.
If you haven't received your order or notice an issue with the products, please reach out to our customer support team and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Return Policy & Return Shipping Information
If you wish to return any item(s), please reference Atlantic & Sound's return policy. Information can be found there about how Atlantic & Sound processes return shipping. Please do not automatically return your item to the shipping address on your received package. You may have to ship your return item to a different distribution location.
