Our customers receive their orders between six to twelve business days on average. Order fulfillment takes between two to seven business days. When your item ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

The Atlantic & Sound return policy lasts 30 days upon receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your order is processed and shipped, the average shipping time is four business days depending on the delivery destination. We only ship to the United States.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return the unused product back to us using our return policy page and make a new purchase for the item or items you would like through our website.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item needs to be exchanged due to defect or damage, send us an email at support@atlanticandsound.com to request your exchange.

After placing your order, if you notice that you made an error – purchased the wrong size, provided incorrect shipping information, ordered the wrong amount – contact us immediately.

We will try our best to resolve the issue for you. However, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a change. Returns can be initiated through our return policy page.

Your missing item is on its way! Sometimes we ship a completed item from your order if another item(s) is taking longer to fulfill and process. Some of our products are also individually packaged to ensure their shape and to provide extra cushion and durability.
