Return Policy

Atlantic & Sound Return Policy 

Our return policy lasts 30 days upon receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or final in nature. Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Bathing suits
  • Face masks and coverings
  • An item won from a giveaway
  • An item given during a free promotion

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Requesting a Refund (if applicable)

If your purchase meets the above requirements of our return policy, you may request a full refund for your order, excluding the cost of shipping and taxes. Please email refund requests to support@atlanticandsound.com. Clearly state your name, your purchase order number and which items you are requesting a refund. If applicable, you can request a refund for your entire order or partiality of your order (single or multiple items).

 

Approved Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Misprinted, Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after receiving your package and email support@atlanticandsound.com to make your claim. To streamline this process, please provide your order number and a photo of the error at time of claim. Those claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@atlanticandsound.com.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If you used a coupon at the time of your purchase or a site-wide promotion is running (ie: a certain percentage off your order), your item can still be eligible for a return. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to defect or damage, send us an email at support@atlanticandsound.com to request your exchange. A representative from Atlantic & Sound will process your request for you. 

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you for the same value. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be contacted about the return.

 

Shipping

If you wish to return an item and have requested a refund by email (see "Requesting a Refund" above), a representative from Atlantic & Sound will provide to you the mailing address to direct your return package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping at the original time of your purchase will not be included in your refund. Your refund will only be the cost paid for the item(s), excluding the costs for shipping & taxes.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Atlantic & Sound cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
